AAA has regional divisions. The card is apparently available in some but not others. You need to go to an AAA website and put in your zip code, and then see if that region is offering it or not.
+1... it's hit or miss what region offers which card.
If your AAA region doesn't offer the Comenity AAA credit card(s), you can use ZIP 35203 after clearing your cookies (or using private browser). This link might (???) work: https://www.ace.aaa.com/?zip=35203&devicecd=PC
I have no idea if they'll actually enforce AAA membership (or being a member in a AAA/Comenity region) at some point, but this should get you to the landing page with the card info and app (app at your own risk).
I tried my zip code (norcal AAA) I am not a member so no AAA member number in the optional field I got
I don't believe they pulled my report otherwise my email would have lit up from the alerts (edit: CK did finally give me an alert so they did check my EQ report will update when I get my letter in the mail.) my EQ F8 bankcard score is 800 and change no inquires since 7/21 w/84k income. I suspect either that optional field isn't so optional or they didn't like my zip code. Just adding a DP to the thread.

If you were able to get to the site to apply without any "trickery" then the Comenity cards should be available to you, i.e. there's no issue there.
If no credit pull was done it might have just been a glitch on the Comenity side, which considering their recent tech issues wouldn't be a stretch to assume.
In any case, let us know when you hear back from them! ![]()

So I finally got my denial letter and frankly I am baffled...
First my score was listed as 758 no model listed, my EQ F8/9/10 bankcard are all above 775, my 10/10T slight below 770. my VS3 is not 758 either, I dont know where to check my vs4.
My Reason for denial was too many inquires - I had no scorable inquiries and my last EQ inquiry was 7/21 15 months ago.
Factors listed for how my score was generated:
1. Average credit limit on open bankcards is too low - (avg. 5,835) 6 grand is too low to get a gas card?
2. lack of real estate secured loan information - I do have no mortgage but I do have an autoloan well ahead of schedule on payments
3. Not enough balances paid down over time on revolving accounts - I have 1 account reporting a balance each month ocasionally 2-3 if a pending charge didn't clear in time out of 10. Util <2% tcl
4. Too many accounts recently opened - I did just get PPMC, and I refi'd my auto loan in June. I also recently got the USB ALT Go but it hasn't even reported yet.
I called the recon line I found on here after google search 1-800-303-1368. I was told they do not reconsider applications and I can apply again in 30 days. They refused to even tell me the scoring model used and said I could dispute inaccurate information used on my report with EQ, I have my EQ report information and already know I don't have any recent inquiries, nor do I have anything to dispute because there is nothing there....

Sorry. That's a bummer.
