I applied for a Meijer credit card and was denied due to the reasons below. Comenity Bank is strange, I have a card with them.

- Low level of authentication indicative of First Party Fraud

- Low level of authentication indicative of ID Fraud

Yes this sounds like verification to me. The questions that was answered were not correct.
