Since you discovered your preapproved for Capital One cards i doubt you'll sit back to wait although every 3 months idle apping (no HP) is a somewhat patience tester. 
But whatever you decide be advised that Capital One will stamp a new HP on all 3 CRA's at once 
The first many months and the first (2) years i consider the most difficult to arrange the profile from taking hard hits to scores while running into denials along the way.
However it is your choice and it might be worth considering how best to arrange any additional apps in the order that is suited to be the best chances against other odds.
