DW is very frastracted because she got a pre-appraval by email from CapOne - Savoy.
She applied then was denied.
Can someone share what is the golden time to reapply to CapOne.
She did have a CO from CapOne during the BK that has now been discharged since Aug 2025.

you typically need to wait a year from the CO to get back in with Cap1

the right time is when the pre-approval tool says yes. not an email. not a letter.
