Crate and Barrel Card 7-10 day letter (Comenity)

Hi all, app'd for this yesterday and go the 7-10 review response. I called and they said that I have to wait for the letter. I thought from reading around on this forum you could just call right up after and resolve. Does it work different with Comenity or did I just get a not-so-awesome phone rep?

Yeah, normally cant do anything until letter arrives. Most likely a denial BUT could be verification too.
