Crate and Barrel credit card by synchrony bank

Today I apply for Crate and Barrel card from Synchrony Bank , and a message ask me to call them to finish application appear ,

I Called them and the lady check all my information , she told me that my application is on further review

and they were  unable to give me any information now but I will receive a mail in 7-10 days with they response.

Is that a denial? 7-10 message after call is bad?

It isn't necessarily a denial, it may be a verification issue. The letter will provide more info. Have you recently moved? Do you have a fraud alert?

what will be on the letter ? will they ask me to called them again?

Synchrony tends to tell you immediately if you were approved (and for how much) or tell you that they can't approve you.

Did you provide a cellphone number on your application? If you did they usually have you go to a website, upload a picture of your driver's license and then take a video of your face to prove your identity. 

Without a cellphone they may attempt to verify your identity differently.
