No credit card required
Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
I know there are a few topics on this, but not many that are recent. I am located in Texas and looking to get a credit card that would only do a hard pull on Equifax. Reason being....TU & EX are significantly lower as they are fighting me on removing inaccurate data that Equifax has already removed. I get their canned response of a stall letter.
My Equifax Fico score is 694.
I've tried DCU and got approved for a 10k credit card card but for some reason I can't get past their auto verification for their savings account to become a member...any help on this would be great.
If anyone knows any other cards please let me know. I did try Penfed, thanksfully I had reports frozen besides EQ but they tried to pull EQ and EX.
EDIT: Does anyone know if a family member gets a DCU savings account and adds me on as a joint holder, would that count as me being a member?

just contact DCU about the ID thing, they'll probably just have you send in documents
and for PenFed they use Experian, afaik, just for identity, they don't HP experian as well, unless something has changed, but it needs to be unfrozen, I'd check any recent PenFed DPs to be sure
unless experian told you w/experian lock that PenFed trying pulling it? or did the app just failed and they asked you to unfreeze experian?
you can freeze everything and citi will tell you what they want to pull, they give you an interface for it to unfreeze and come back when it's unfrozen, citi is an EQ puller for me, but it can differ for everybody
This thread is a good place to start your research, it's based on crowdsourced data that also breaks things down by state. For some issuers the state you live in dictates which CRA it is they prefer to pull from to process your application.
Credit Unions with open field of membership that pull Equifax:
NIH FCU in Rockville, MD (Inq. Sensitive...I would look at this one first)
All In Credit Union in Daleville, AL
SECU in Linthicum, MD
Georgia's Own CU in Atlanta, GA
Penfed.
