Credit Score Update

If you apply for a credit card right when the score updates is the HP from the recently updated report or the previous report. I want to apply for the Delta Gold Amex but last my Discover card reported 50% util (now 2%) and dont want that to impact. So anxious to get it becuase I got an email for the 60k miles special offer.

I would wait till your util reports the new lower 2%. Amex will pull EXP, so Id check first to make sure its updated there before applying.
