Credit card denial for odd reason

The reason(s) for our decision are:
· Based on your credit report from one or more of the agencies on the back of this letter, credit bureau information is missing or unavailable

can I call the back door number, it has an address for if I feel like something is wrong

Do you have a Freeze on any of the CRA's? That's kind of what it sounds like

Who was the lender? What credit agencies did they list on the back of the letter? Have you obtained a copy of your reports and confirmed that there's an inquiry from this particular lender?
