DINERS CLUB LIMBO

I just called the CS # and was only asked my first and last name and when I applied (this past Tuesday). After a pause I was told about the overwhelming application amounts and it would be up to 30 days.  I'll wait a bit then call back.

They've got till the 26th to get me something or I'm going to pursue the same option.

I applied October 24th, called last night CSR told me he could only look up to see if I was assigned a card number, I was not.  Told me doesn't mean denial (yea sure) and to call UW Monday after 8am CST. Or wait for the mail.....  (Pulled my TU which was 714 at the time I think). I don't hold out much hope..

I would really love to know what/how/why they have such a poor running operation? Seriously, apps just getting lost and them not even trying to give correct information? I'm happy because i was approved quickly with a good sized limit.. but what about all of the others who got the shaft? I bet you guys if you went to the BBB things would get done.. imagine all of these lost apps with inq's on peoples CR's for nothing.. I bet you a rating drop with the BBB would make them fix things VERY quickly!

As an update, I received the card today. So the updated timeline is app'd on the 12th of this month and received the card on today, the 24th.

Congrats! on your new Diners Club Approval! Seems like the wait varies depending on if it was approved early on or reviewed first perhaps.
