Happend when I was declined and call up for recon. Things like: No of accts. with balances, the derogs on my report at the time, why I opened so many cards recently, why I felt the need for a CLI, things like that. It's well known here on the forum if you get sent to Chase Lending it's not much different then a FBI interrogation-LOL. Mind you the last time I tried for a CLI and got re-directed to lending was well over 2 years ago and a lot on my reports have changed since then.
