Dell Pay Credit prequalify broken?

Anyone else tried to use Dell Pay Credit's prequalify link in the last few days?

I've tried three days in a row. I keep getting this "It's not you. It's us." message.

2017-09-09 FICO 08: EQ 677, TU 640, EX 705
2020-02-07 FICO 08: TU 789
2020-02-10 FICO 08: EX 752

Gardening, mostly, again until... soon(I need to replace my car)

If you see any other info on that page like a customer service number or five digit short code, try texting HELP to the five digit short code. I went through something similar with Payboo the other day and turns out it was my carrier not letting the text Comenity sends to show up on my end.

I found that it's a known issue at Dell that affects more than the prequal site. It wouldn't let me order anything because of the way they set it up. I had to call to be able to make a purchase, it was a pain. Haven't tried to purchase anything since.
