I'm not sure what you mean by "disputing with Chase." If its a chargeoff of debt you failed to pay and its reported accurately to the credit bureaus, there's nothing to dispute. My understanding is that disputes are addressed to the credit bureaus who are they required to investigate if the reporting is accurate; so its not clear what you're "disputing with Chase." In any event, discussing disputes of items that are legitimately and correctly reported to the credit agencies is not permitted in these forums.
