+1 I would add a card or two as your scores can qualify you for some more prime cards even with the lates. Most likely would get Discover as mentioned try their Pre-Qual, NFCU you most likely would get as well and they also have a pre-qualify if I am not mistaken. If you close the credit one card you will keep on earning AAoA for approx 10 years so closing would hurt nothing once approved for a newer/better card, just ensure to pay off the balance prior to closing ideally and having another card or two as well.
Thank you for your advice. I check pre-qual for Navy Fed and Discover. I'm looking good there. Going to wait till after I get a mortgage to apply.
Just wanted to update this. Today I looked on my account and saw this message. Maybe other people complained too. I'll try for another CI in a month.
Looks like Credit One is experiencing system issues... jk Just CO doing CO! I read a CLI denial on 2 cards, then woke to both getting CLI. Not surprised in the least! 🤷♂️

Thanks for the DP! Seems like their scoring model is named "ScoreX," so definitely proprietary. Glad theyr'e switching to something at least a little more well-known.
