Thanks, but I think I'm out of luck with Penfed. I called to check on the status, I almost wish I didn't I was denied for the same reason as the credit card: short account history & lack of installment loan. 😒 which is ironic in itself since I'm trying to get a personal loan to satisify one of they're reasons for denial regarding the credit card. & I'm denied for not having said loan. I mean how mess up is that!? 😡 I'm just at a lost right now & very disappointed in myself that I have 3 HPs for Penfed, & 2 of those for credit card & the loan with nothing to show for it. My last option is a shared loan, but can't muster up the energy to look into that. This is definitely a blow all things considered

@Fated4Credit Don't let this get you down. Time will heal the INQ wounds and AA wounds. Maybe you will start to see those SP offers after 4-6 months or so. There are other CUs out there if you just need an approval before you take a break. I think you should give PenFed some time and maybe you can get something for those HPs later on down the line.
