Yeah, I head about that so I actually tried that at first...LOL!  I didn't get any sort of pop up window saying pre-approved etc...so I went ahead an applied.  My bad!

Lol I used to do it all the time to see if I was still pre-approved but then they stopped but other WFNNB backed credit cards still have that option before you check out letting you know you have been pre-approved.

I checked my CR this morning and they pulled my Equifax report! Darn! That's my lowest score! LOL!

 I may give the number a call again to see if they can tell me if Im approved or not now that I know my EQ report was pulled.  Just wanna know yes or no NOW! LOL!!!! Regardless, I am done with apping for a while.  I checked inquires today and I truly went overboard...Exp 7, EQ 6, and TU 7....HORRIBLE!  I'm done for six months....but will be back to update on what I find out on VS decision.

I got declined from an EQ score of 584 according to their letter.

Nope! Never got the card.  I forget what the reason for the denial was now because it's been a while.  I thought at the time that I would reapply in six months, but have changed my mind.  Moved on and will not be apping for VS anytime soon.  I'm in garden mode and been doing really well!  Trying to stay focused! lol

got the same itchy finger as you and was denied or got the 7-10 message i should say ..... so mad i did that !  I officially need to garden .  Like big time .  Inquiries galore .  I have been granted credit by 6 now just a few months after discharge so the garden is where i will now officially hang out with you guys !   Its harder than you think lol .  I gotta be strong .

I was approved for VS card with a 577 Fico Score in Equifax. I am trying to fix my credit. I have an auto loan now, and I don't use any credit from 2001. I have many inquiries due to the auto loan and some bad accounts due to identify thief. I hope this help. I apply online last week, I received a letter asking me for more info. I call and ta da! I was approved for 250. I am happy to have a credit card because was hard to be approved for one. This is my first credit/retail card after 11 years when I divorced and  paying cash for all.
