I got the email saying the block was removed. I have used the card multiple times and I keep getting promotional emails about my account (which everytime i see it my heart stops cuz i think its the dooms day email). I am in rebuild mode and I couldnt afford to take the 3 credit pulls and not have an account open so i decided to also upload extra documents such as my last year W2 and latest pay stub.
Also discover's document upload page can be found from google. (there are three so select the one that says cardissuer for this specific situation) It asks for your info so that documents get routed correctly.
