How can I know when I ask for a CLI if is a HP or SP I have my car for 2 moths

If it's going to be a hard pull, you'll see a screen that warns that they may need to pull a report. You can cancel from that screen. Otherwise, it's a soft pull.

Card needs a minimum of 3 mos to be eligible for CLI. And when you try it either takes you to another screen or they call you. They will ask for your permission to move forward.
