Just hit button and got 1.5K on Discover IT, got card back in April 2nd Cli since that time. From 3k to 8k to 9.5k
If there is one thing I've learned about Discover from these forums, it's that it's a different experience for each person. The only standard seems to be waiting until after the 3rd statement for your first CLI then you have to just push the button often after that until you find out if you are on the weekly train, monthly train, 60 day train, 90 train, or never train. So far I've found them stingy as ever. Great card though and I love getting all the decline letters constantly in my mail saying "insufficient experience with current discover card credit limit". It makes me feel someone is always thinking about me and constantly writing me.

I'm definitely on the "never" train here. I opened the card back in February or March, and immediately used it for BT's from a few Comenity store cards I had.
Even if I was on the 6 month train, I'm way past that now. I guess she will just sit there at a zero balance until they decide to close it on me.
I would like to say the reason you did not receive an increase is because you packed it with balance transfers and carried that balance. However, my own experience shows that even if you spend and PIF, you still might not get an increase.
But with all that said, if you only did BT and paid it down, then maybe you should try some spending and PIF before you totally give up on the card. Then if that does not work, totally give up on the card lol.
What were you running your UTL rate at on this card at the time of the cli? What about your overaul utl?
