Discover IT Card- I Need Advice

Hi, I need some advice from current Discover Card holders. I applied for and was approved for the Discover IT card in September. It was for a small SL of $800, but I was happy to get in the door with Discover since I have a BK7 discharged in Jan 2014. Tommorrow will be 91 days since I opened the card. Should I try for a CLI online then? Is it a hard inquiry or soft pull? If I was offered lets say a small CLI of $ 500, should I take it, or wait longer for a higher CLI ? If I wait, should I wait 2 weeks, a month, or longer? Any advice would be greatly appreciated !

I got my card in June. In Sept. I got a $500 increase, Oct. a $1500 increase, and Nov. a $2000 increase. So, in 5 months I got $4000 in increases ( all sp).

It's a sp. If they want to do a hard pull, they will ask you first.

Cli button. First one was instant approval, the other two were 2 day reviews.

Thanks Redbeetle, that's good to know,. I would be very happy to get those CLI you got in a short time frame
