Since I've been on an app spree the past couple days, I said what the heck and decided to try for a Discover IT. To my surprise, I wasn't immediately rejected, lol. I did receive the "You're almost done. We just need a few more minutes of your time" message, along with a reference number. I have to call them tomorrow (they're closed already today) and verify info so that they can finish processing.

Is this good, bad or neither?

This happened to me and they just wanted to verify my identity because I had recently purchased a new house and moved (I had to upload something with my new address and then answer some security questions over the phone). Good luck!

That's too bad, sorry about the decline. What reasons did they give?

The CSR I spoke with wouldn't give any. She said I had to wait for the letter.
