Discover Score Approval?

I was approved for Discover with a 624 and 1500 initial credit limit. It's up to 2000 now but honestly have only been using it since April. I'm sure if I had waited I would have gotten higher limit, but it was the last card I needed to help me finish rebuilding. I had a bunch of lates not quite two years old reporting, a paid collection, and one or two 120+ lates from over 4 years ago. Inquiries were around 6 I think not sure.

Like others said, Discover and BK, is pretty much case by case. WHen I had a 9 year old BK reporting and a EQ of 655. Denied because of BK.

Then I see others reporting an approval with a 4-5 year old or 2-3 year old BK reporting. Its really hard to tell.
