Negative. "...Not possible at this time". They'll send a letter in 3-5 days... Oh well, 500 is better than nothing 
Ancedotal data but iv seen things like this happen before... You call or chat discover... and they are like... naw.... and then a few days later... voila you get an auto-cli..... Also you said it was your third statement... sometimes the CLI happens the week or so *after* the statement generates for some odd reason... and usually online appears before you get the email..
Congratulations.... You might be able to dip, since it was an auto-cli .....
