I got $1500 and then two days later requested another cli and it went to pending. What are my chances for another cli if it's still pending?
6%. Maybe 7.
they are back to the 90 day rule pretty much

I believe the wait time between CLIs for Discover It is 90 or 91 days. Please keep in mind that this is not guaranteed. Some people have waited 12-18 months for their first CLI so be thankful.
As a data point, In June my SL was $3,200. Exactly 2 months later (August) I initiated CLI through the website, and was approved for a $1,500 increase automatically. One month later (September) I initiated a CLI thrugh the website, but was given the 2-5 day message, and the next day I saw a $4,000 increase to my current level. Both CLI's were SP. I have not received any auto CLI's.
I have low income, but usually charge $1000 per month with them, and I usually leave a balance of $100-$200 since I still have 0% intro APR. As I've read on these forums before, Discover does strange things and is very hard to predict. Please keep us posted on your hopeful success
I'm definitely thankful for the cli from discover. I just wanted to get some stats and datapoints, so thanks for those who have contributed

As somone just approved for the Discover It this past week, thanks. Good to have a timeline of CLI activity. I've heard they are generally conservative with CLIs but they have been very good to you in such a short time. Congrats!

Did you get the 1-2 day pending or the 7-10 day pending message? I don't recall reading about anyone getting the 1-2 day message and being out right rejected. The 7-10 day message seems like less than a 50/50 shot from the posts I've read. Just keep checking your available credit, because they usually don't send a "your credit line has been increased" email after the pending message, it just appears.
My main goal was to get over a $5000 CL to get a visa signature or WEMC next year, so my next CLI request probably won't be until the end of the year. Good Luck, and keep us posted!
Here's a couple data points
Discover IT CLI of $4k on 8/24/15 then was denied after 34 days for another CLI, but on 10/4/15 I requested another CLI and got another $4k. All request went into 2 day pending
Current limit $25.7k
Discover MILES 8/7/2015 CLI of $4k, 9/14/2015 requested a CLI and got $4k. First request was instant since it was after the first 90 days of having the card second request went 2 day pending.
Current limit $12.5k
