I would agree with what the other posters have said so far. Discover isn't great with HP CLIs. Perhaps build a bit more history with them and the SP screen will pop up. It took me quite awhile to be approved for a SP CLI.

Same here. No SP CLI. Have had the card for 6 years now. CL stuck @ 8K.

its not actually 3 months. last time they told me wait 30 days... or maybe they are lying to me since they hate me and put me in dungon.

Do you use the card at all?

Yep. Every month. My cell bill & my internet bill goes on it and it gets PIF every month. Maybe that is not enough usage compared to the CL.
