Disney Premier Email Offer

Hello all!

I just noticed that in my inbox i see an email about earning $200 statement credit with new Disney premier Visa Card. I read it and it was 0 annual fee for 1st year and 49 after and if you spend $500 in the first 3 months you get a $200 credit on statement. I know there are a lot of marketing emails and most if not all of these are not pre-approvals...So I went looking for the APR and I saw the terms and Pricing link....To my surprise, as I thought I would see a  range of APRs, I see a single APR of 16.74%.

My question, is this legit or a single rate does not mean anything?

Disney still remains as a single rate whereas the others (United etc) have changed to variable.

HOWEVER, I have the card and as a Disneyland visitor, it's not half bad. Discount in park is nice. Also 0% financing for Disney trips.

Of course the Disney debit card also has the in park discount...
I PC after a year to the no AF one.
