I was able to get a denial reviewed but still was denied.  I'll PM you the letter I sent.  I received a return letter from the President's office in response to my letter.

Thanks! Hopefully I can get this Citi TYP after recon for the Amazon gift card and I will be calling it quits for a while. I have been approved for a lot of cards the last 3 months. 6 cards in the last 2 weeks. lol
