My ebates started at $2,000 increased to $5,000 then $10,000 after 1 year. Could't get it to budge past $10,000. Had it about 2 yrs now. Tried via chat a few weeks ago but was denied. Decided to call credit solutions the following week and bam, approved to $20,000! Was on hold forever. Totally expected another denial or a counter. I did notice when I requested via chat, the denial letter(s) show they were still using a 3-4month old report. Even though the rep assured me the report was updated :-/ But, credit solutions appears to have used an updated one automatically. Good luck for your future cli's! Don't give up 
Sorry to hear that OP. I have had more success with Synchrony in the early morning when they first opened or right before they close at midnight EST. There are two numbers to Credit solutions. One appears to be overseas and one stateside. I've had more success overseas than stateside. My ebates card grew quickly to 20k in less than a year from 5k.

Wow. maybe that is the tu puller im looking for. Ebates hmm Are you kidding?> you are only a C-note from 500k in limits? you can't eek out $100 from a lender?

Taxi, I've tried my best. I'll just have to wait until my new Banana Republic comes in the mail and request a cli. That'll for sure take me over the hump
From my observations, men analysts are not my favorite. When I get a man, I should just hang up and call back, lady csr's have proven best luck for me.
Ill have to try in the am instead of evenings next time
