Yes, looks like they did pull a fast one, lol! All the research I did before apping for Ebates, said they pull TU. If you really want the card, I'd try the freeze idea. Yesterday I requested a CLI I on my Macys Amex and they normally HP Eq. It was frozen and came back saying that they were having a problem pulling my Eq, I asked them if they could pull one of the other 2, she said sure and I got 10K increase! The most you will risk is another HP, if you can live with that, I'd go for it! Good luck!
