When I was approved for the Equality card for 10k and then reduced to 4k, I sent a message to the President of the project and was told that I could request a cli in 6 months. Well I figured what the heck, I'll try in four months and see what they say. First American State Bank came back and said they can't increase the limit until after the card is one year old. Just FYI for others who have this card.
