what are the chances of getting it approved?
this is second time they send me an letter with access code and authorization number.

What I want to know is--since when does FNBO AMEX come with an annual fee! Unless it's a different one than I have--I don't pay an annual fee.....?

FNBO offers prime for life on mutlipe different cards, at least that's what I've seen in the forums. The prime for life cards have an $89 annual fee, and are issued under Visa and Amex now.
