I was wondering if you are declined a secured card, do they have to send back the money they took from the bank for collateral?

I applied December 9, 2014 (3 months ago) and it is still "in Process."  I don't have a number to call.  I have checked each month since and they haven't pulled any of the three bureaus either which is odd.  I do not have a relationship with the bank.

I applied December 9, 2014 (3 months ago) and it is still "in Process."  I don't have a number to call.  I have checked each month since and they haven't pulled any of the three bureaus either which is odd.  I do not have a relationship with the bank.

Call them and ask them what the heck is going on because they should not keep your money without issuing you a card.
