ok so this week got a "pre screeened offer" from FNBO for the premium visa, thought it was trash after reading here I see they are a pretty decent bank, went online put in the reservation and app number...got the 2-4 week message...I know this is somewhat normal for them, question is what do you think odds are?? They only pulled experian

They are a conservative lender, if that collection is unpaid its probably going to be a killer, you may be able to get by otherwise.

One thing that would cause a denial would be the recent collection, not sure how FNBO looks on those, but if anything just call, maybe they just need a simple verification
i had a fnbo card briefly in 2013 and they all but cut me off after a late payment showed up on my report. I canceled the card. Beware.
When I applied I got the same message. The CCC called me the next day and asked a few verification questions, and I was approved.
You could call and ask if they require any information. Also, there is a online link to check app status.

Hmm. I got one too a few weeks ago. It was sent under my married last name (took my maiden name back after the divorce), so the letter was tossed. Just as well.
