Fidelity AMEX - FIA backdoor #

Seems like the numbers we have for FIA are no longer working.  Does anyone have this number so I can recon my denial?

Yup.  Tried all the numbers I could find on here.  Couldn't get passed the automated person on that line.  I've got my negotiating hat on and want to discuss this.  I want this card!

I got an email from Fidelity to app for this with a promo code (VACD37) to get the $50 spend bonus for charging at least $500 in the first 60 days. It says to apply call 866-598-4971 if you don't want to app online. Maybe someone at that # can get you to recon or credit analyst.

Yes I have this as well... I am wanting to App, but holding firm atm.. The temptation.. Until I have a recon # that works, the app is on hold lol... Safetly reasons of course

Yeah, I want to app for this card but holding off for now- new Barclay NFL card approved late March w/$7700 CL, first statement posted w/$4k BT to pay off a Prosper loan and it dinged my FICO 3 pts., so I'll let the new card & BT age a few months. Spend bonus offer is good for cards opened by 7/29/15, so I'll look at again in early July. Having a recon # that works would help.

Called the BOA recon line and mentioned Fidelity Amex and they got me transfered.  Recon didn't get me anywhere.  Bummed. I will try again in 6 months or so.

What were the reasons if you dont mind me asking... Your scores aren't out of line persay for that card.. Seen ALOT lower...  What is your Util?

I have 9 baddies still on my file.  9 CO's that have all been paid but still out there. It was a rough time of my life that was only a couple years ago but still rough.

While reconing, they mentioned a card from 2001 (freshman year of college. You know the story).  I asked if that is what was keeping me from getting approved and he said they wanted to see more time pass with the COs.
