The Fidelity Visa 2% card is on my long range radar and I wanted to see if anyone had any approval or denial data points that might help me plan my application date. I opened 3 cards in 2024, so I am definitely going to wait to apply, just doing some research at this point.

Approved in 2021 with SL of $15,000
TU-only pull, score over 800
2/24 at that time
Overall UTIL of 1%
I made a thread about my approval. Opened a IRA and brokage account with them. A few years later I was sent some pre-approval mailers, after the 3rd one I applied and was a approval for $23.5K CL.
That was and still my highest SL to date.
I love the card as it my catch all and all my reward cash back earned I have directly deposited into in my IRA.
After some gardening, I'm planning on apping for this card.

Approved with TU pull (mid 700s) for $18.5k. Had relationship w/ Fidelity prior to app'ing (looks like you're with them already). Issuer is Elan. Card management settings are actually pretty good...can pay directly with Fidelity CMA. The glitter design you see in unboxing videos when it catches the light right...you can actually see that in person.
I see you've got $2k on your BCE. Try for a CLI to $6k on that before app'ing for Fidelity Visa to get your TCL > $40k.
Note that while you can redeem for statement credits, you'll only get them @ a 200 points per dollar redemption rate. To get the full 100 points per dollar redemption rate, you'll have to redeem into a Fidelity account (retirement, Brokerage, maybe CMA?). You can redeem for GCs too at varying point rates :/.
I got it just to stay in the Fidelity system. Would I do it again? No, not since NFCU upgraded their cshRw to flat 2%.
The BCE and Voice are both brand new, so I am confident they will get a CLI by the time I apply.
Does anyone know for certain if cashing in points to a Fidelity Cash Management (MMA) account gives you the full 2% rewards?
On March 1 of next year I'll be at 1/6 2/12 for new accounts and 2/6 5/12 for INQ. On March 15 I go to 0/6 2/12 for new accounts and 0/6 4/12 for INQ. I'd have to wait until Sept 15 to get to 0/6 0/12 for new accounts and INQ.
Suggestions?
By the way, I am drawn to this card because it is a 2% catch all Visa Signature with no AF and no FTF.

It doesn't matter which account you want to deposit too.
You are rewarded your CB at the end of a billing cycle. Once you accumulated enough points (I forget the exact amount), then you are able to deposit in any open Fidelity account or use their rewards portal.
