Fidelity visa

I got a offer in the mail today for the fidelity visa since I have an investment account with them. I wasn't planning on apping for any new cards in the near future but they have a 0% balance transfer I'd like to take advantage of and in the long term I'd appreciate a 2% card as I don't have one yet. 13.99 APR.

Currently my experience fico is 694 but I have two cards with high balances (0% offers I'm taking advantage of) which have increased my utilization and lowered my score. My plan is to pay one totally off by the end of this year, which I could do before applying for the fidelity.

Two cards opened in past year (9 mo/8 mo). Rest between 1-3 years.

Questions: how many cycles will it take for my score to go up after the util drops? Trying to figure out timing of paying off the discover balance.

What are my approval chances for this card?

If approved, how generous is fidelity with starting limits? Wondering if I would get enough to be useful as a balance transfer card.

Other cards/SL

CAP 1 quicksilver $2,500

PayPal credit $3,000

NFCU Platinum $15,500

Discover IT $14,700

Amex delta blue $2,800

Amex delta platinum $2,000

Amex every day $11,000

Amex BCP $18,000

5 store cards with limits between $1500-4000

Thanks!

Re: Fidelity visa

The Fidelity Visa is UW by ELAN, a subsidiary of US Bank.  They are typically somewhat conservative.  To position yourself in the best odds for an approval, be sure to get that utilization to an acceptable level which should hopefully bump your scores.   Otherwise, if approved, it would likely result in a very low SL.
