If nothing has changed from the SP they did to mail you that offer then it's pretty good that you'll be approved.

My TU fico 8 is 760. I recently was approved for Chase Marriot on the 23rd of March so that would be my only change in the past month.
Although it's been posted recently that 5/3 is also pulled other bureaus, if your scores across the board are similar (or even lower), that my friend is a sure approval!

I was approved thru a mailer with a whole lot lower score than you're sporting right now. And that was 2 years ago.
for me in Florida and they approved me.
