Is it worth it? I have the Cash Rewards and now Go Rewards. I'm trying to figure out if I should PC Cash Rewards to a Flagship. I currently spend about $4000 a month and only leave about a $200-300 balance at the end of the month.
Thanks

Most likely no, Flagship is equivalent to 2% CB and is limited to travel airfare redemption to get the earning rate plus there is an annual fee. You would really benefit most by telling us what you spend that $4k on a month. For example:
$800 on groceries
$300 on eating out
$100 on entertainment
$300 on gas
etc.
Then we could make a recommendation.

Groceries - $600
Eating out - $1000-$1300
Gas - $500
Utilities - $800-900
Amazon - $300-600

I don't think redeeming at the full 2% can only be done on travel and airfare. You earn 2 points per dollar spent and if you cash out via gift cards including the Visa gift card you get full value out of it at 2%. 50k points equal a $50 Visa gift back to you. I just PC'd my Paltinum MC to the Flagship card and am waiting for it to arrive. I'll likely be putting 10 to 15k across it every month so every two month I should be able to redeem for a $500 gift card. The Go rewards offers 3 points on eating out but 2 points or even one on everything else so earning 2 points across the board may be better for some people if you're putting a lot of spend across it.
If you moved your entire spending over to the Flagship card here's what you would get:
Groceries - $600 x 0.02 = $12
Eating out - $1000-$1300 x 0.03 = $30-$39
Gas - $500 x 0.02 = $10
Utilities - $800-900 x 0.02 = $16-$18
Amazon - $300-600 x 0.02 = $6-$12
All told your total rewards you are getting is between $74 - $91 a month roughly and that can only be redeemed towards travel too. You also have to pay $49 for a year. So your effective rewards after calculating for AF is between $70-$87
If we split your spending
Groceries - $600 x 0.015 = $9
Eating out - $1000-$1300 x 0.03 = $30-$39
Gas - $500 x 0.02 = $10
Utilities - $800-900 x 0.015 = $12 - $13.50
Amazon - $300-600 x 0.015 = $4.50-$9
So we are at $65.50-$80.50 with no annual fee.
It appears in this specific scenario it would make scents for you to upgrade and product change, but you should consider the Amazon Prime card at 5% cash back and no annual fee that would net you significant rewards ($180-$360 a year).

I'm not sure by what you mean by "split your spending". Also, I would love to get the Amazon Prime card but I was denied a few months ago for the Chase Amazon card. I'm kind of scared to apply anywhere right now until my scores go up to the 700's.

Read about it here:
As you can see per the NFCU redemption calculator and other fico member posts the Visa gift card isn't included at the 2% rate. The calculator shows that 75,500 points would be enough for $755 in travel rewards or a $500 Visa gift card. That would be not be a good redemption value. If a current flagship owner wants to chime in with a screenshot of the Visa redemption page I would gladly concede but with the info I have been given I believe it is travel only.

Forget the Chase Amazon Card! The Prime card is different and can only be used at Amazon.com it is a store card, but albeit even the anti store card members on here love it... most anyway. It is issued by Synchrony bank and they are way more accepting than Chase.
Here is the link to the store card version. NOTE: I DO NOT get any kind of refferal bonus just our OP seemed a bit confused so I wanted to point him in the right direction.

+1 The Amazon Prime store card is much more attainable than the the Visa. The store card is through Synchrony and even a 625 or 630 TU will likely get you an approval. My GF was approved at 625 for $500 and once her TU wnet above 650 and then 660 she was able to get CLI's that took it to 5k. If you are a heavy Amazon shopper it's not a bad card to have. The 5% back or promotional terms are nice.
Thanks everyone! I'm hoping a current Flagship owner chimes in. I'd like to hear what their experience is.
