Fnbo Pre approval link

I did the pre-approval link it came up a Evergreen card applied and it's  pending  from Monday is it a good Sign?

It's hit or miss with the link, there's mixed data points here some people getting approved and some getting denied after being pre qualified. A few months back I was pre qualified for 10k but got declined after going pending for inquiries
