What it takes to get sweetheart offers from Citi?

This offer was sent to my mother, who has a 804 EX FICO. It seems this is what it takes to get truly great offers from Citi for the DC.

You never know. I got the same offer through the pre-qual on the website. I ended up being approved for $3600 on the same terms.

It literally took an act of congress to get her to apply for the US Airways. Lol. CSP she was a little more easy about though as she already has a Freedom.
