I currently have a CSP which is my only Chase product currently. I want the Freedom because I know it's a great combo with the CSP. I applied for the CSP in July of 2014 so it is less than a year old. It is currently sitting at $16k CL. If I app for freedom do you guys think they will ask me to move some CL from CSP to the freedom? I wouldn't want that as I have my CSP at a comfortable CL since I spend quite a bit monthly on this card. Your opinions are very much appreciated.
What the bank will do when you apply for credit is a wild guess. But 16k with Chase is not a lot of exposure IMO. So you should be getting a fresh line when you apply. It will all be dependant on how strong your credit portfolio is and what your internal is with them.
Looking at your line up and limits, methinks you will be fine.
