Freedom and CSP CLIs--Should I?

I have two 0% BT offers from Chase for each of the above mentioned cards and 3 other offers from FNBO, Discover, and Fidelity AMEX. But out of the three Chase has the best terms--and the lowest limits...$1500 Freedom and $5K CSP. Should I burn the HP and try for a CLI on both cards? And I WILL NOT let them HP me twice--once for each card! Or should I just leave them alone b/c if I let them look into my profile it could screw up my chances if I app for another card (thinking about the Marriott soon)? Any thoughts appreciated.

Re: Freedom and CSP CLIs--Should I?

Chase is HP happy and would probably HP for EACH CLI. It's probably better to app for the Marriott instead. Being that it's a cobranded, the UW is a bit more lenient and the SLs much higher from what I've seen. YMMV of course, but many people seem to have better success this way. You could always reallocate some (or all) of the Marriott limit to your existing cards if approved.

Re: Freedom and CSP CLIs--Should I?

@OmarGB9: Thanks for the suggestion. Only thing is I'm not ready to app for or want another Chase card just yet. I'm waiting for my scores to go up and my some CLIs to update on my reports so my UTIL will drop some more. Right now it's at 9%. I just got the Hyatt one month ago with the minimum $5K SL and would like something a little better than that next time if approved for the Marriott.

I think you should leave it alone if your goal is to get another card with them.  Chase is very HP happy.
