I received the pre qual mailer awhile back, maybe a month ago. I threw it to the side & didn't think about it much because I wasn't buying a new car. Plus I'm not a GM fan, however I do like the new Silverados.
So today I was going through mail looking for something & I saw the mailer. I opened it to see the benefits. I do like the WEMC benefits as this would be a great travel card. I noticed my mailer expired 2 days ago. LOL!! I assume that since I received a mailer, I made the cut.
So my question is, do I wait for another mailer or go to the site & apply directly?
WWYD? Thanks in advance!!

There are better travel cards out there and be prepared for a measly SL if you apply for it.
Depends on your current credit file and scores. Some have reported decent starting linits with the Buy Power card, but most recieve a very paltry starting limit, such as $300. Most of the people who got decent starting limits had very robust credit files and higher scores.
I like my card and I use it a lot! If you really want it, I say go for it. As long as your credit hasn't changed drastically, you should still get it. My best friend just got a GMBuyPower Card and he got a $2400 starting limit. My starting limit was only $300, but my credit is only around a year old.
