Getting nowhere with cap 1

Did you try Cap One's prequalifier? For me, it's been pretty dependable, I wish other card companies had that system.

Yes. Often nothing ever is prequafied

It is hard to understand the way things work sometimes, you see lots of people with 3 Cap One cards and I always wonder when is the best time apply for a 3rd one and if I should wait for the prequalifier to tell me when to or just straight out apply disregarding the prequalifier.  Who knows. 

Credit One? They too have a prequalifer.
