HSBC Cash Rewards (2nd Card)

Got prequal for HSBC Cash Rewards card. Bonus is 3% until first 10K.

Key thing is it has 0% APR for 12 months. If I get it, I plan to spend some balances towards rent (6K spend in next three months) and then use cash to pay my other cards.

I already have this card, 9.5k CL.

The phone rep says I can get second card even if its the same.

Does anyone know if HSBC will allow to move CL from the 1st card.

I would really like Discover Miles or WF Propel. But I never get through the Discover PreQual online, so cannot risk applying on HP.

Hesitating on Propel too.

I have (2) HSBC cards, although not the same, I do not think that moving CL's is possible.

I also do not think you can PC cards.

This is kind of nice ..IMO

Yes, PC is not possible.

But seems we can have second card.

If there was a way to leverage the existing line, this would be great.
