There are many of these Kroger cards, and I've already got the Ralph's card, but I couldn't find any information as to whether you could get two of these cards or not. I still don't know the answer to that question.

Despite the fact that the nearest Harris Teeter is at least 2,700 miles from my home, tonight I applied for the Harris Teeter card received the 7-10 day message.
I am around 1% utilization. TransUnion was pulled and while I'm not certain what score they used, my TransUnion FICO 8 would have been in the neighborhood of 790.
New accounts at the time of application: 0/6, 4/12, and 13/24.
Inquiries at the time of application: 1/6, 4/12, 8/24.
Guess we'll have to wait and see what the mailman brings.

I'm out on the left coast. The reason I went for the Harris Teeter (versus QFC, or Fred Meyer which are both in my area) is due to the SUB on the Harris Teeter card. It was the same reason I went for the Ralph's card despite there not being a Ralph's for several hundred miles.
I recently shot for the Kroger card as well. Got the same message as you.
The last time I tried to apply for it, I got instantly denied. But hopefully they just need to verify something/needs manual review.

It's ust a US Bank card, so you could call them.

I did. The automated system said I had no application on file.
Short update:
Still waiting.
Longer update:
This morning I got a voicemail that I stated that needed to call in and provide a reference number (that was left on the voicemail) and speak to someone in their authentication department. They asked for my name and birthday, and then sent a short code text message to my phone. I then provided that and they said that was all they needed to pass my applicaiton on for final approval.
So far no emails from them, and I checked my US Bank accounts online, and there's nothing there. Wasn't really expecting to see anything there, but it's easy to check.
Still don't know if you can have two of these Kroger cards or not.
Okay, likely the last update. It's approved.
So, apparently you can get more than one of these cards. I already had the Ralph's card, and have now been approved for the Harris Teeter card. I chose these two due to their sign up bonus.
Interestingly, both my Ralph's card and the new Harris Teeter card both came with a $2,000 SL.
Lastly, there are no Ralph's or Harris Teeter stores in my state. The nearest are several hundred miles to over two thousand, respectively.
