Help Please! Need one more credit card and a loan question.

First of all, thanks to all contributors here which are helping everyone. We often don't know where to begin or how to move forward. Your help is invaluable!

First question: I'm looking for recommendations for one more card. I've applied at all the prequal sites I can find and don't qualify for anything except CreditOne, Milestone, Indigo, etc. Not interested in those. Or I get "no offers were found for you" but you might like these.

History:
Ch7 BK filed 3/31/14 Discharged 7/14/14. Burned Target Visa, Synchrony (JCP and Sams), Chase, American Express, Citibank, Capital One
Currently have these cards and limits: Cap1 QS $10,000 Discover $2,600 Kohls $300 AU-Barclay $4,800 AU-Merrick $2,650
Current FICO8 Scores: EQ 666 TU 636 EX 647
Utilization too high...I'm working on it =)

1 inquiry in last 12 months, 2 in last 24 months
AAOA 11 yrs 5 mo
Oldest account 22 yr 9 mo

Second question: My credit report shows two closed mortgages. One is truly closed with no baddies. The other is closed as a result of bankruptcy. I've requested the lender to start reporting my payments again as I have never been late on this account even through the bankruptcy proceedings (did not reaffirm). They have declined. Should I take out a secured installment loan to help scores? Or are the closed mortgage accounts enough to satisfy that aspect.

Thanks for your help. I truly appreciate it.

I can't answer the mortgage question but I do not recommend not applying for another card until you can get your utilization to 28% and under so you have a better chance of approval.
