How Accurate is Chase "For You" Page?

I'm just curious how accurate is the "you're pre-approved" credit cards at Chase when you sign into your Chase account is?

Edit: Chase rep said the odds are 80%.

Fairly reliable, especially with the Green Star offers.  As long as credit profile hasn't considerably changed since the last SP PRM, then it's as good as it gets.
