How long before Chase applications?

Also, what does it mean when sjt said that Chase has been known to AA new accounts?

AA is Adverse Action, which means when a creditor closes or reduces CL based on a periodic review of the cardholder's credit report. Chase regularly reviews credit (SP) and if they see certain types of activity like a lot of new accounts or increased balances they have been known to shut down accounts.
