M husband was recently denied the PRG with an EX score of 645. He knew it was a long shot. Reasons cited high utilization (40% overall but a couple cards like 60%), inquiries, recent accounts. I'm pretty sure the utilization was the main reason and the rest was fodder for the denial. How long would you wait to app again? Come tax time his cards will be paid way down if not completely. So that's three months time. Not sure if it's better to wait 6 months- one year.
